I agree with nineveh_uk - most of us speed up a bit when it's an actual presentation.

Flag up a few places which you could gloss over/skip altogether if the timing is too slow, rather than cutting things out altogether - you may find you want them if you haven't got them!

Leave something out, and then prime one of your cronies to ask a question about that, so you can then give that extra section :)
