My presentation is still five minutes too long, and I am not sure where I can make cuts. Don't think 'reading faster' is really an acceptable work-round, though.

I agree with nineveh_uk - most of us speed up a bit when it's an actual presentation.

Flag up a few places which you could gloss over/skip altogether if the timing is too slow, rather than cutting things out altogether - you may find you want them if you haven't got them!
