Remove each key, dust the underside and replace. * Warning, you will most likely find many eyelashes and several crumbs etc. It will be disturbing but cleansing.

The keys on mine are sort of 'wedged on' and you can gently lever them off. (That's an iBook)
An alternative to thorough key removal is using the sticky bit of a post-it note to grab the stuff. A small bit of blu-tak might work to. *wonders if europeans have blu tak*
