Oh, and Granny had a mini-stroke today. We're told it's nothing to worry about, and the hospital checked her out and sent her home. Might be the result of the change of medication.

Not good, though :( .

Oh dear. I'm sorry to hear it -- the poor lady!

Although I must agree with prelud -- shouldn't anything with involving a stroke, mini- or otherwise, be cause for some worry?

Yes, poor old Granny!

I think they meant 'don't worry about it' in the sense that it doesn't seem to have done any lasting damage (actually, the facial paralysis and apahsia had passed off by the time the ambulance arrived), and it probably won't recurr. But yes, it does suggest that her medication needs looked at again.
