Sep. 17th, 2007 09:04 pmOh, and Granny had a mini-stroke today. We're told it's nothing to worry about, and the hospital checked her out and sent her home. Might be the result of the change of medication.
Not good, though :( .

Date: 2007-09-17 09:45 pm (UTC)How can one NOT worry about a stroke? Even a mini stroke? They should call it something else.
I hope Granny will get better soon.

Date: 2007-09-18 04:22 pm (UTC)I think they meant 'don't worry about it' in the sense that it doesn't seem to have done any lasting damage (actually, the facial paralysis and apahsia had passed off by the time the ambulance arrived), and it probably won't recurr. But yes, it does suggest that her medication needs looked at again.
