Following on from the Personal Canon meme, I direct Narniaphiles who wonder, with trepidation, What Became of Susan, to this rather wonderful short fic by carlanime (the link goes to her fic journal). It turns what we think we know from canon on its head, and does so without canon-rape, gratuitous Lewis (or Susan) bashing, and without doing violence to the theological premises underpinning the Narnia-verse. A clever, moving vignette.
