It is a Well Known Phenomenon that at half-time of England football matches, the power dips as kettles are boiled. Can we expect that at 7:16pm tonight, water pressure across the land will drop as listeners flush the lavatories they have just thrown up in?
Indeed. I was fortunate enough to miss the infamous shower scene, but partly because of this I feel impelled to listen to tonight's episode so that I can say I was there.
I will be eating dinnner. I'm not sure whether I ought to be glad or sorry (probably the former, but that won't stop me Listening Again in horrified fascination.)
