I particularly enjoyed the lawyer who suggested that the attempts to enforce copy-right protection of the term "pimp" might be rejected because a trademark cannot be granted for something considered immoral."
Anyway, the site of strange baking brilliance
has undergone a minor cosmetic name change.
Normally I'd agree with Kira Cochrane of the Grauniad that there's something distasteful about how the language of prostitution has become such a marketing staple. But I'll forgive amonst anything which makes grown men and women spend their weekends making giant replica custard creams (one of the best ones, I do believe), so I'm making an exception for 'Pimp That Snack.'
