tree_and_leafAnd now I really will stop spamming and go to bed, but: a lovely gen ensemble piece of Trek fic, as the new crew of the Enterprise shake down. It's by loneraven, and is funny, touching at times, and both of new canon and recognisably our heroes, who are brilliant, even if new canon has rather foregrounded their eccentricities: some things James Tiberius Kirk does not understand about the Enterprise's crew.
