I don't think it's the Welsh that's the problem, so the inhabitants might as well speak it and enjoy it.

Oh, I agree - I wouldn't have bothered to comment at all, apart from the charmingly bizarre image of Daleks taking Welsh lessons.

But it was a fine example of the cultural cringe dressing up as radicalism....
