I had a mildly disconcerting experience the other day. I had been out to dinner with my boyfriend (I hate that word, it sounds so... silly) and another friend from Oriel, and we were walking home down Cornmarket, when a drunken man came up to my boyfriend, shouted 'Harry Potter! Harry Potter' and vanished.

Very odd - although to be fair, the young man in question does look a bit like Harry. Different glasses to film! or boookcover! Harry, though - thankfully.

Jo, this is SO hysterical. I laughed out loud, literally, when reading this entry. He does kinda look like Harry Potter, I guess. Oh, and if you think 'boyfriend' is a silly word to use, would you have similar feelings about 'significant other' or 'partner'?
