I bought an Instantpot in the Boxing Day sales. Anyone have any tips, tricks or recipes they'd care to share?

It's a multi cooker - it is a pressure cooker, but it also sautes, works as a slow cooker, and apparently you can make yoghurt in it, too.

Interesting. I use the pressure cooker for brisket and soup, a lot.

We have the Urvashi Pitre Indian Pot Cookbook, which is pretty rad. Also recommend the black-eyed peas recipe, though (a) it calls for more water than you actually need, and (b) I don't know whether you can get chilies in adobo in Yorkshire...

Also you can make corned beef melt-in-your-mouth tender under pressure in a few hours instead of all frigging day in a crockpot.
