It is an entirely predictable problem that I have been reading warnings about for several years, and as I don't fly and take very little interest in aeroplanes, that means it's hardly Specialist Interest Only.
I also knew that Canada was having a postal strike, which impressed everyone at work (unfortunately I knew it too late to stop my colleague's son posting a Christmas present to his Canadian girlfriend...).
That ship sailed several centuries ago, and given how the pro Brexit press and politicians have been whining about Ireland attempting to defend its national interest being somehow unfair and treacherous, it ain't turning round.
