Bah. I hate Virgin Voyager.

Since when was the rational response to a full train running an - all things considered - measly 25 minutes late to terminate the train at Birmingham and make us change into another, later train. (Cue a rugby scrum as everyone tried to get off in the three minutes we theoretically had to change, before discovering that this train was late too.

I mean, it's not a great matter in the scheme of things, but really... I also hurt all over as a result of wrestling with luggage...
