Fic re: Harry Potter

Came across a nice little fic on the Pit of Voles (I know!); Bagheera's Five Moments of Doubt - missing moments from Deadly Hallows, in which five people at Hogwarts look at Snape, and briefly wonder if things are quite what they seem. I particularly like the Ginny one, and the last one, with McGonnagal, has a bit of a sting in the tail...

In other news: copy-typing references = really, really boring.

I have read "Five Moments of Doubt", it's a beautiful fic which does justice to its characters, especially Snape.

Sorry: unkind term for www.fanfiction.net, which has a reputation for being full of awful fic (actually, I don't think it's that much worse than lj, but because lj mostly works on personal networks, you're less likely to see things you really dislike, unless you want to)

Assuming that 'vole' in this context really refers to mice, it might have to do with the digging it takes to find good stories. That combined with the vile connection...

You have a point about it being not that much worse than lj in general - but I still find that livejournal has quite a number of good fanfiction communities in which the mods at least keep an eye on basic requirements such as spelling and grammar.
