It's lovely, isn't it? I stupidly was so overcome with glee at it that I forgot to write down the exact source, though it must be some sort of polemic against the Gnostics.

... although I think I may have mistranslated it, and it should be 'hinge' of salvation, which is not quite as pretty, though still good.

I did mistranslate it. The other would be caro cordis salutis, which is not quite such a good pun.
