Very peculiar dream last night, where, unusually, I can remember quite a lot of plot. I have no idea why I was dreaming about surviving a sort of zombie apocalypse with a group consisting of the last Archbishop of Canterbury and a number of mediaeval re-enactors, though....

I dreamed I was returning to school to do more A-Levels, and realising that I was a generation older than everyone else and wondering whether I was still expected to wear school uniform...

You know, I've long thought that the best place to weather the zombie apocalypse would be my local Renaissance Faire, lacking a defendable castle. It's walled, has running water and electricity, and it's full of people with useful high tech/low tech skillsets-- nerds who can spin their own yarn *and* build a solar panel.

Not sure about the Archbishop, though.

Hey, that's what I've always said about the apocalypse -- make sure you're with a group of SCAdians, because they know how things were done WITHOUT electricity.
