I find that hubby's patent remedy works a treat. You take the juice of half a lemon, a teaspoonful of honey and a walnut size piece of fresh ginger, grated. Put them all in a mug, pour in boiling water, stir, and drink when the temperature's reduced a bit. If you feel up to it eat the ginger at the end.
Yes, it's clearly all their fault (I wouldn't care, but a friend of mine who has sold his soul to Satan and joined a management consultancy firm presented me with Management Consultants' Freshers' Flu last month...)
