Oh, I LOVE this! You captured Caspian's curiosity and wanderlust so endearingly. I can really see him choosing something like writing as an outlet for all that pent-up frustration about wanting to see other worlds and not being able to get there. His book is ridiculously cute, with the guns and the formal courtly language, lol. The flashbacks to the Dawn Treader were really great. Excellent characterizations of Lucy, Edmund and especially Eustace. He would totally complain about cockroaches surviving a nuclear holocaust, lol.
