Interesting interview with Bellowhead, on the revival in folk music (not to be confused with the folk revival) - and Vaughan-Williams.

Also, there is Psmith on R4, or rather on Listen Again. Am using the prospect of this as a bribe to get me to pluck up my courage and read through my conference paper.

Thanks for the article link! The last two paragraphs in particular caught my eye:
"It doesn't get better than standing in a pub with people singing all around you," concludes Paul Sartin. "It sends a shiver up your spine." Yes! I still remember the wonderful harmonies that everyone would come up with on the choruses when I was at the Oxford Folk Club..lovely stuff.

And Psmith, hooray! Must go have a listen...
