Thomas is difficult (Ravenclaw because of his commitment to experimental data?) I agree Augustine's probably Ravenclaw (though I think he's got a Slytherin side, too - all that youthful ambition!)

Hufflepuff is tricky - I can't think of anyone before Francis. Which is really weird - you'd think they'd be easy. Benedict, perhaps - the concern with living as a community seems quite Hufflepuff.
