You definitely must write this. It seems like there's enough plot to get started (and anyway, this is Who. The only extra plot is "she is baffled to meet Five, and then has to join forces with him to save the planet").

if only I wasn't so good at generating interesting ideas that run out of steam....
In my case, the ideas have legs, but it is me who loses the steam!
