Oh, good! The important borrowing from romantic lit was of course the Blue Flower; the rest is just sily little jokes, sauch as the Lachmann method of Arithmantic recension being a reference to the multitalented Classicist and Germanist Karl Lachmann, who invented the recension/ Ur-text method of textual criticism (and probably only amuses me).
